SLU Funk Revue
This poster was designed to promote the SLU Funk Revue’s final performance of the fall 2012 semester. The funk revue, one of the auditioned music department ensembles at St. Lawrence, performs soul and funk music at on-campus venues (and once memorably opened for Grace Potter and the Nocturnals). I wanted the design to reflect the retro and spirited feeling of their selections, while still being easily readable and clear.
