Fall Concert 2013 was lucky enough to host Grouplove and The Rubens on our intramural fields. I drew inspiration from the color scheme and general cheerful grittiness of Grouplove’s Ways to Go music video, and had a field day with the old-style typography, featuring a new favorite font, Ecuyer Dax. As the Public Relations Chair of ACE, the campus organization responsible for putting on the event, I got to meet each member of both bands — and get this: Grouplove told me they liked my promotional poster better than their current official one. Day made.
